Curious if anyone here owns a GranCoupe and contemplating switching to the Stinger? If so the likes and gripes with the GC?

As of right now those two are at the top of my list. Only things that has me hesitant with the GC is price and the run flat tires.

In my opinion, you will be getting more bang for your buck with the Stinger. It is a great car all around and maintenance will not kill you.

Coming from many years of Honda's, the maintenance aspect is why I am reluctant to buy Audi, BMW, etc. From what I have been told by a LOT of prior owners, the maintenance just, to use your words, kills you. Since I keep hearing it, there must be some validity to it...?

In my case it's the dealerships. I only have a very few that I trust. BMW, Audi, Porsche, VW are out for me.

Bmw needs to wake up
. I have onwnned a 3 series coupe, x3 And x5.. All the same engine 3.0 turbo I. All 3... It's a great engine.. But for the same price as the KIA and G70. It's 15k more.. Brutal.. I hope KIA and Genesis wake up this segment..

I have a 428i gran coupe and am considering changing to the stinger when my lease is up in august. As fun as my car has been to drive, it has been a nightmare to own. The electrical system in my car has been nothing but a headache and thank god for the warranty because I've had nearly 6k worth in electrical components replaced as a result. Plus, for the price, my car is relatively barebones. For the same msrp my car was in 2015, I could get a GT2, with nappa leather, heads up display, ventilated seats (not an option with BMW) and a larger sunroof. The only thing I would miss from the BMW, if I were to switch, is the dealer network (as horrible as the repairs have been, I always got a loaner which meant it wasn't as big of a deal) and also the iDrive system. I absolutely despise touchscreen so going to a touchscreen setup is something I'd have to figure out if I could adjust to. But otherwise I think the stinger is a winning package, especially at the price.

Now just to figure out how to get into a sunset yellow one!
