How many would purchase a Stinger GT with a manual if offered?

Where's the option for hell no? Lol. Its like the moment I hit mid-30s, I woke up despising manuals and shifting and couldn't wait to get into an auto. Now that I'm spoiled by remote start, I can never go back to a stick....

If it does become an available option I'd have to test drive both before deciding.

Don't think Kia will be offering a manual option for the vehicle. At least not here in the United States anyways.

I like manuals and drove one for 15 years. I don't want one in my next car unless it's a sports car of some kind. In the Stinger which would be my daily driver, no. In something like a Mustang or Camaro, yes.

LOL I was going to say something similar. After driving a LX5.0 with a 5 Speed the comfort and ease of an automatic actually adds to driving for me.

Dual Clutch would have been a fantastic option but I'm sure that will drive the Stinger's price near Audi territory. I agree GT cars should be automatic.

It was a toss up for me, on one hand I think it would be fun to have a manual, on the another hand the size of the Stinger would make it less fun lol.

My current car is a manual.

But it gets to the point with more powerful cars that the gearbox and clutch needed to cope with the torque become so heavy to use that changing gear isn?t much fun any more.

I?ll be okay with two pedals and the paddle shifters.

I want a Stinger with a V8 coupled to a 3-pedal 6-speed manual transmission in RWD with a stiff, clutch-plate type LSD. No moonroof, no ADAS, no electronic nannies, add brake cooling ducts, Recaro front seats, and more steering angle [like]

Would definitely want a manual. Would have considered a Genesis G70 Sport if I could have found one. At one time, 4 of my 6 cars were manuals. The two automatics we're mainly because my wife wouldn't drive a stick.

Would have loved the option. As long as it was performance oriented and didn't feel like rubber.
