What do you guys think of this Purple Color?
And that's why I love this blue, whatever it's called; it changes color based on how light hits it. I must have this color on my GT. [pray]

Interesting, I never realized its the same color. Saw a few photos before and thought they were different colors.

It has gotten some good reviews - I am surprised they have not done more colors like this. I remember the Pontiac Trans Am had an orange color back in the late '90s, maybe early "00s, that would do this. You just have to make sure you like "both" of the colors.

You guys think the Silky Silver would be the same as that on the Optima?

Thanks, I was hoping it was the same since on the Optima its called Silky Silver too.
Well, it is probably the same then. I did not realize it was called that in the U.S. In person always looks different. I saw an Optima with the silver color last night and it looked lighter than this picture, but it is probably the same.

Do you mean Panthera Metal, or is there a panatella metal also? According to that leaked document, Panthera is a "dark purple" and doesn't appear available for the GT. There's a ceramic grey on the GT, which is likely the dark grey color they've been showing.

From the doc:
Standard colour options for the 200S, 200Si, 330S and 330Si will include Panthera Metal (a dark purple), Silky Silver, Ceramic Grey, Sunset Yellow, Hichroma Red and Micro Blue, while Deep Chrome Blue will be offered as a cost option.

For the GT-Line and GT, standard colours will include Silky Silver, Ceramic Grey, Sunset Yellow, Hichroma Red and Micro Blue, adding Dark Chroma Blue, Snow White Pearl and Aurora Black as cost options.

Forgive my spelling, didn't bother to double check it but yes, one and the same. Sorry.

I'm not allowed to tell you how I know but from what I've seen - the Panthera Metal ain't purple - it looks like the almost black grey that's in a lot of the videos. The deep chroma blue appears almost (dark) purple. The ceramic grey is indeed grey but not dark enough for me.....time will tell I suppose. Never ordered a car before using you-tube videos as the colour swatches.....

Yes the Panthera Metal is the dark gray metallic color. It is shown on the Kia Korean website (link I listed on this thread).

Also intersting/misleading is the "2 trim levels for each model" when the video I posted from the Korean market (with prices) showed 2 each as well, but they list 3 trims for the GT line in this article.

What we have to remember is that not all markets will be identical regarding trim levels and exterior/interior colors. Time will tell what is destined for the U.S. market.

And unfortunately NOT available on the AUS spec GT.....

Oh ok, I know what color grey you're talking about now. Why would they not offer that on the GT, that's nuts. The GT is top-shelf, you'd think they would offer all colors and all options.

Yellow is my clear favorite. It's a sunset yellow that is much classier than a basic yellow or orange. If they have this color offered then I'll but the Stinger with a black interior.

If they don't offer the sunset yellow then I probably wont buy a stinger.
