Have someone rev it for you while parked, to confirm proper operation of the BOV.

Also the Tial does not produce a whistle sound like the HKS.

Yes, I've listened to the sound, did not want the hks sound. My sound is not right, sounds like blowback, does not sound like the videos at all

Any way you can take a video and posted?

The updated version of the forum now allows for video uploads.

Correct. Make sure both sides are capped, also as a precaution place some zip ties on both ends of the vacuum signal hose.

For the caps on the intakes, I would use a hose clamp on both to make sure they don't come out flying. Also make sure they are the correct diameter for your intake.

It should be. Otherwise it would've come in a separate box.

It is, I can push it up with some effort, got it from Kissinger.org, all they sell is 6psi and it said so on the box so at a loss. Just took it apart, going to try one more time. Made new marks to line up vacuum but just now clue why won't open unless the manufacturer put the worng spring in....frustrating:)

I noticed in your picture you didn't plug the hole on your Injen intake that came from your stock diverter BOV. You need to plug those if you haven't done that already. Use these, you can get them from Home depot.

Yes, it blew off, I went and got your leg caps, it's all closed now.
I think they either put the wrong spring in or it's a vacuum issue. When I unplug the stock vacuum you hear it releasing the air, Everytime I've unplugged the tial, nothing. I emailed burger with that video.

Do you have the hole in the bolt an the banjo hole lined up when it is tight on the top of the BOV. "vacuum line"

That is definitely too hard of a spring in that BOV. Open it up and take a photo of the spring. Tial's springs are color coded, and each PSI spring setting has a color code. Your's seems to be either the 8psi one or something higher.
