My first oil change wasn't stellar. It took about 2.5 hrs and the service writer kinda left me hanging till the car was about 15min from being done. I did the survey and about a week later the service writer called me and apologized for not keeping me informed. At this point I'm really pissed at the dealership because if they made her call me and apologize for this, this is like shaming a person. Everyone makes mistake but they didn't need to do this. If she did it all on her own, then that's on her, but somehow I don't think she did.
