Tire replacement wear front to rear

Found my rear tires are at the tread wear indicator level and need replacement. The front tires measure 7/32 and 6/32" each. Should I replace all four or just the rear two tires? I searched the owners manual but can't find any information on the subject. Thanks

If you can afford to replace all 4 do that

Thanks, i was leaning towards replacing all four as replacing just two would cause me to be in constant concern that I was harming the drivie line and AWD system.
