2021 Kia Stinger GT2 AWD

I have a 21 GT2 AWD, my sunshade is stuck half way open and the glass is fully closed. When pressing/sliding the sunroof control nothing happens. I have replaced the sunroof fuse and that has not helped. Has anyone experienced this issue or know of a fix?
