Ok stupid feature list. Strictly my biased opinion

G meter ....Dumb
Torque meter ...really?
Three compasses ....doh
Lap timer? ...argh
Lane keep assist ...lame
Dynamic cruise control ...sort of lame
Drowsy driver monitor ...yawn
Piped in Synthorumble motor sounds ..please make it stop!

What they should have done

In center instrument cluster:

Shift light option ...rad
Real gauges for oil temp, oil pressure, air fuel ratio, easy to read boost gauge, transmission fluid temp, rear dif temp. ...Cool!

Put real autonomous features in the car.
If your going to pipe in enqgine sounds let me choose Ferrari or Lamborghini mode!

Features I like

Auto braking ...a great feature for us commuters
Blind spot detector. ...yep we have them
Auto dimming headlights ...love em

You should've wen with a base Stinger if you have that many on your "stupid feature" list. I think you're enjoying the car though

I think you're right I should have waited for far superior an much better looking and equipped 2019 Chevy Impala SS.

You are actually blind if you think that car looks better and will have as many (it will 100% not have more or better) features as the Stinger has.

Compare the stinger to any other car you can get fully loaded at $52k USD. You'll find absolutely nothing.

Why are you trolling this forum if you already spent that money on the car? Makes literally zero sense.

Should have bought the base GT, I don't have any of those features that seem to bother you. Thanks for the stupid thread about stupid features!

And about that Impala:

General Motors will end production of the Chevrolet Sonic before 2019, a new report indicates.
According to The Wall Street Journal, the Sonic will be killed off due to shrinking demand for passenger cars and low profit margins on smaller vehicles. American automakers would much rather divert resources to building crossovers, SUVs and pickups, which are not only in higher demand than small cars, but are also more profit heavy.
It?s not just small cars that may be on the chopping block. GM is also looking at killing off the Chevrolet Impala, another comparably slow-selling product

lol! Some are little slow on uptake. ....I was just poking light hearted fun at some of the less useful features too. I always forget about those who take everything literally. ....But No .....really ......I do need 3 compasses!
