Sport vs Custom

What is the dif between sport and custom? my manual doesnt say it groups them together. the manual says i need to push the turn knob like a button to get into sport/custom mode, but mine doesnt push. i turn the knob from sport (orange screen color) to custom (purple screen color). i have a Canadian car.
can u actually customize in this custom mode some how?

You just turn the knob to select the drive mode, no pushing is needed. Once you change to CUSTOM, there is a settings button that appears on the display. From there you can adjust the different features.
