Service Action (SA322): Rattle Noise From Tailgate

FYI - Just returned from Dealer for another issue and the dealer performed the above referenced Service Action by installing a washer and pad on the tailgate.

There was also a Kia Update (SA324) which included placing a new CK Emissions Label decal on the car.

Does that apply to both the powered tailgate and non powered tailgate?

IIRC it applies for both powered and non powered tailgates.
