Rear hatch rattle - thoughts...

I am reading, and have seen, many reports and reviews mentioning the rear hatch rattle. I do hear a rattle in the back of my 2019 Stinger but hadn't really thought much about it. Back in the day I had a couple of 3rd gen Pontiac Firebirds (86 & 91) that had big hatches similar to the Stinger and they rattled much worse than this does (yeah, I know, not GM's glory years, but the 91 was a decent car). So maybe I'm jaded by that but I did some quick goggle searches on Audi (A5 & A7) rattles and got a ton of hits. So I am wondering, is this a Stinger specific issue? Or is it typical for hatches regardless of make/model/year? What does everyone else think?

I've been battling a bit of rattling.

Realize, first, that you can adjust the bumpers on the hatch, by turning them.. i thought this fixed it for a while.. could be they walked back. I'll work it some more... The `18 had a recall over an insufficient spacer/bump-stop type thing..

One thing to consider. Forums tend to become widespread bitch sessions. I fixed my hatch rattle. The sunroof rattle? That’s another thing entirely.
