Passenger side cockpit air vent dismantle

Hi has any one had problem with cockpit air wents falling apart. If so does any one know how to remove?. The problem with mine is its just fallen apart inside the vent not shore how but just noticed it so would like to repair or replace many thanks

I've never heard of that, take it to the dealership an see if they will replace under warranty...
