Just bought my first car, used 2018 Stinger GT1

An extra ~90hp is not "mild" by any professional standard. And not only KIA Motors, but no other legitimate automobile corporation would ever back the claim that they'd be ok with that if it comes down to them having to pay thousands of dollars in warranty work. Sorry, not going to happen.

"Mild tune"? That's a little vague. Sounds more like "tune it, and if something goes wrong WARRANTY VOID!"

Also, top speed for the 2019 Stinger GT with the 18" All Season tires is governed to 130 mph (149 mph for 2020 models and the 19" All Season rubber).

But top speed for 19" is 167mph, no?

The top speed is based on the tires that come on the car so if your GT came with summer tires the car is governed at 167, if it came with all season tires its 130.

Yes, but Summer Tires only.

My understanding is:
2018-2020 Stinger GT (19" Summer Tires) = 167 mph
2018-2019 Stinger GT (18" All Season Tires) = 130 mph
2020 Stinger GT (19" All Season Tires) = 149 mph
