Is "Play Album" supposed to work with USB?

I've been looking at a Stinger, loaded the USB but it appears voice commds like Play Album, Play Track, etc aren't recognized. The touch screen works fine. Ford, Honda, Toyota, etc, respond well to the Play commands with USB.

Does Kia assume it's not worth it anymore as streaming is more common now or maybe I did something wrong?
