Instrument cluster stuck on

2018 Kia Stinger 2.0l Premium

I have a 2.0 Premium and my instrument cluster except my speedometer, fuel gauge and tachometer is stuck on. It says I'm in drive when I'm parked. It says I'm in cruise control at 60 no matter what speed I go. Any ideas?

Have you tried disconnecting the battery to see if the problem goes away? I would also document that with video for the dealer.
