Just got word that if your an AUS customer this is the correct wiring color. Although we recommend always using a volt meter to test

DRL to CAR
DRL Black to CAR Orange & Black
DRL White to CAR Black
DRL Red to CAR Yellow

What's the correct wiring sequence if you don't want the light powered ON always by the ignition? Rather powered if the car IS set to AUTO or ON and then OFF when set to OFF? I'm holding off buying until this is possible.

It can be done. Now I forget which was the wire that powers ON the factory DRLs, but you can easily find it using a volt meter.

robz32, now that you've been running with them for a while, do you still love them? Have you questioned removing them at all?

yeah I still like them. They look great at night and give the front a meaner look.

Well, I thought pretty strongly about putting them on but then reading about how complicated it was for you to do WITH a lift.... I wasn't sure if I was up for the task. LOL

honestly the installation itself was aided a lot by the lift. Highly recommend doing in it on one. Other than that, it is very straight forward, of course it will take you less time to install them, as I had to figure out wiring and what parts to take off, etc.

Is it easier to do pulling off the front bumper cover? It's super easy to remove the bumper cover.

I know its easy to remove the bumper cover but honestly I don't think it will make it any easier. If anything I think you will be adding an extra step to the installation that is not required.

I think most installations just say pulling off the tires and working from the back is the easier way

I have an appointment at my local Kia dealership on Tuesday to get mines installed so I have added all the Korean badges door strikers stinger logo on steering wheel I also have the moving scuff plates for all four doors getting the wireless charging pad and the sequential turn signals for the back bumper then I will start on a new exhaust system

I have 2018 gt1, drl wire is blue, turn signal is the larger of the two orange wires. Just FYI for any that might be adding these as the wires are different between the gt2 adaptive led lights and the gt1 led lights. It does look sweet though! Very happy.

Have you noticed a lack of airflow through the air intake after covering the vents? Wasn't sure if there'd be a difference with the short ram intake I have.

Ok...I am taking mine off, they look like glow sticks on my black stinger. Look good on Robs but on mine no.

I personally I’m very unhappy with the quality.
