Ok...I am taking mine off, they look like glow sticks on my black stinger. Look good on Robs but on mine no.

I personally I’m very unhappy with the quality.

I have since unplugged mine, However I left installed as they go well with the exterior color of mine.

No, they do not dim. They are quite dim as they are. Can't really tell they are ON during day time.

I've read on there that they aren't very bright and not reliable either.

Can you not replace the LED bulb inside?

Negative. The LEDs are glued in, in the white plastic defuser.
