Hesitation of car start up

Hello owners,

Have anyone encounter start up issue?
Car rpm seems stuck and hesitate to go up but eventually start up. Engine will not shut off.
Only happens on cold start or after driving and letting car sit for an hour or so.
However sometimes will start well on cold start as well but it’s getting more frequent.
Currently mileage 63000


items I have replaced,
-Low and High pressure fuel pump
-Varta Battery
-Spark plugs
-Starter motor
-Did walnut blasting, injector cleaning and throttle body clean

im running out of ideas so seeking help if anybody encounter this issue before.
Agent seems to can’t solve as well.
