Glad you got it fixed.
In the event this happens to anyone else, you can still drive the car, but you need to be gentle as that is the nipple that feeds the DV's the vacuum signal to open. No, it will not trigger a CEL and the car will not behave strangely.
I had this happen to me and it took me a week after taking delivery of the car, to reilase it was broken as I did not inspect under the hood at the moment of signing the papers. Needless to say, the dealer took care of it under warranty.
