Disappointed to find the max speed is 134 (the impala beat that easy) any suggestions on a tuner to help that??? Any other mod suggestions??

Welcome & Congratulations, there were two speed ratings for the stingers. Some stingers came with summer tires with 19in wheels which gave it a restricted top speed of 167 & some stingers came with 18in wheels which gave it a restricted top speed of 130.

I'm not sure but I think LAP3 has the ability to remove the top speed limiter.
