Gas prices in LA are insane

Just think about it Arizona, our gas is pumped in a pipe line and hauled over from California so there is No reason for gas to be that expensive in Cali...…….

I just paid $4.20/gal this morning. I’m nowhere near L.A. though.

True but CA also heavily tax their fuel too. I always get sticker shock when I cross the stateline heading to CA.

Big oil could charge $1.50 gallon an still make a huge profit but its all about greed. My father worked for shell oil for 30+ years, they haven't changed the way they make gas and diesel is a by product from making gas so diesel is pier profit. Diesel trucks were originally suppose to run on kerosene but back in the day the oil company's had a lot of by product "diesel" stock piled so they converted kerosene trucks to diesel. Sorry CA for your high gas price, you should see the gas prices in Alaska, in some of the small towns. I was up in Ketchikan Alaska in 1992 purse seining and gas was 5.00 dollars a gallon at that time so i wonder what crazy price they're paying now.
