Don't forget your first oil change is free. I did mine at 5500 miles.

If you plan on keeping it long term it doesn't hurt to do it before the recommended interval.

When you buy a new stinger or just a new car in general, your first scheduled oil change is free. For the stinger I do believe its at 6000 miles, that's just to long for me. A lot of guy on the forums had theirs changed at 500 to 1000 miles...
