So I received an e-card from my salesman Friday telling me happy first Stinger anniversary. Can't believe it's been a year already, but it's been a good year for the most part. She's been a reliable ride with only a few teething issues (random radio fade, trunk rattle) and thankfully only one mechanical issue, which was kinda my fault (blown spark plugs and/or coil). There are a few cosmetic/battle scars which are definitely my fault (lightly scraped my garage twice, and scratched a wheel pulling into the carwash) but she's still very much a looker, especially when clean and shined up. And I've all but forgotten about being tapped in a hit-and-run; it looked good as new once fixed and my insurance took care of everything.
Other than that, it's been 10k (as of last week) miles of fun. I have a few bolt-ons which have made it SUCH a fast and fun to drive car. I thought I had outgrown racing but I have had to show a couple BMWs, Maseratis, Audis and Mustangs what's what (while down in mexico, and only on empty roads, of course).
All in all, I'm really happy with this car and will likely hold on to it a few more years. It will take either some major changes to this generation Stinger, or a new model that blows me away (such as the G80 M3 due in a few years) before I trade it in.
