Change HUD & center speedometer units

I'm in Canada and travel to the USA frequent enough.

Is there any way to change the units of the HUD or the central digital speedometer from km/h to mph?

I can't find anything.

Even the fuel economy units... I can't display mpg no matter what?

What am I missing?
