Broken Trunk/Luggage Cover Hanger, Removing Interior

I snapped off the hanger which the luggage cover hanger.

So now I have two problems,

1) Does anyone know the OEM part number for the piece I broke?
2) Does anyone have pics/video on removing the trim on the hatch?

I tried looking through the upgrades and i can't see any upgrades that necessitated that, but desperate.

You may want to see if your warranty will cover it. I broke the part of the cargo cover that connects at the bottom (see pic) and they gave me a new cargo cover under warranty (with the note that it was a one-time deal)

That piece is pretty flimsy, mine broke off too, not long after I got the car. I kept forgetting to ask about a replacement, since I usually ride with the cover out anyway.
