Backup camera randomly fails

2022 GT1. Link above says it all. Haven't been to dealer yet. It's happened twice but cannot duplicate problem. Screen was completely black in reverse today, normal after shifting to drive, then flickered between green connection screen and camera after shifting into reverse again. Happened again after first restart of the day, then stopped occurring after 3rd restart. Also, something strange and perhaps related?... I lost some, but not all, of my radio presets once before.

looks like either a loose camera or module connection or a failing camera. That video should be enough evidence for the dealer to cover the repair for you.

You would think it would be enough but I've dealt with many service departments and know how important it is to have as much "fire power" as possible when going into that hell. "Well, even though you have the video we still can't duplicate the problem and therefore can't fix it..."
