Haven’t had any issues with my 2018. Had the brake rotor issue, but replaced with aftermarket rotors and pads.

I have a 2019 GT1 an I haven't had any issues except a seal around the sunroof, did not come from the factory installed right, so they replace it.

My 18 had a manifold heat shield come loose and make a rattling noise and my drivers seat track had an issue. They tightened the heat shield and replaced the seat track. Never told me or showed me what was wrong. In part because they screwed up and took my seat apart without the correct parts which made me mad. Gave me a service loaner for about a week and never once contacted me about feedback. Other than those two things, the car has been outstanding!
