2019 Kia Sringer GT2 sunroof headliner plastic crackle (not rattle)

Hi everyone. There is another thread from 2019 from someone named "luv2drive" talking about this headliner crackle that he has and how he fixed it. The thread is really old and I haven't received a reply from that user. Has anyone had this issue and used his method to push up and "clip" the headliner to solve the problem. I tried to do this and I'm worried I'm either gonna break something or am doing it wrong. My "crackle" happens when i turn and go over maybe a bump or a dip on the road. I was hoping someone would be kind enough to help and maybe provide a quick video showing how they did this or maybe even a picture.
