It was getting dark when I turned up so no good photos. Just need to put another 550 miles on it.
How does your registration work in the UK? Are those dealers plates? I noticed the plates are already on the car when you go to pick it up. Here, we have temp tags good for 30-45 days until the title and registration papers come in the mail. Then we take them to the DMV/BMV to get regular plates. Your way may be easier?

Those are the reg plates for my car. In the UK, the car has to be fully registered, taxed and insured before it can be driven off the dealers property. The first year road tax (?1200 natch) is included in the sale price.

Super nice !!
I'm in between 2 mood. Either I wait few months and get a second hand or I order it brand new. What's your view on that ?
I'm not sure what to do although I have the budget

Wow. Didn't know that... Our insurance companies, at least the ones I've dealt with, allow you to buy a car and give you a grace period to let them know you bought a new car. Whatever coverage is on your previous car is transferred to your new car for no longer than seven days. For the guys that may have insurance companies in the U.S. that have different insurance companies, I'm only talking about the ones I've dealt with (Erie Insurance, Allstate, StateFarm). So, for example, can you buy a car on the 6th and drive it off the lot on the 6th? Seems like that would take some time before the registration, taxes and insurance would come around.

Kia are deliberately restricting the supply of this car, so the likelihood of second hand ones is going to be thin (you're not having mine!).

Kia UK will give 7 days insurance if you want it, but you can insure a car in about 15 minutes in the UK online or over the phone. The dealer sorts out the registration and road tax as part of the PDI so the effort on my part is minimal.
