    I downloaded the update directly from kia website. Didn't take long to download and I had to use my own 32gb SD card. The update takes may take sometime but it's worth it. Liking the new UI in navi. Some people enjoying the added Nature sounds.

    Definitely a safety issue. Could be an electrical / programming issue. Id recommend contacting your local Kia dealer.
