As far as I know (and according to the documents available in Germany) it does read the signs with the same camera behind the rearview mirror that is used for the active lane assist. The german brochure also indicates that the system is limited to speed limit and no passing signs.

It does look like it. However I can't read the japanese stuff above the hp numbers. If these numbers are real and they are measured only with the catback version installed I'm impressed. That must be the highest gain I've ever seen from an exhaust without changing the downpipe(s) and/or...

I assume that the 10hp are achieved with the catback version only - so the standard downpipes including the restrictive standard catalytic converters are still installed.

No - the german company Bastuck is also offering downpipes in two variants: one with a (probably 200 cell metal) sport catalytic converter for each downpipe and one "cat delete" version without catalytic converters like the ones from Jun BL. -> click me
