Spring rate might be soft, but you should be able to dial in the bounce in the car with you adjuster. Can you trade in the springs if your unhappy with the rates? Compression and rebound can be adjusted but spring rate is what it is.

Should help stiffer you set the harsher the ride, basically closes a valve that lets the fluid pass threw, if that makes sense? Nitrogen charged or just oil?

Can you adjust the rebound? I have never installed a set of Ceika and really do not know much about them but bouncey and floaty most likely will not improve over time.

I am actually happy with my Stinger

I like them a lot. Wife not so much. She likes her Volvo. I don't want to daily one so the Stinger will not be going anywhere.
