Sorry the way I worded that was misleading, the buyout at the end of the lease term was estimated at $19,100. But I had them run the price if I did the buyout in a month or so after leasing like the link you posted suggested and the total buyout amount was like 30k and some change.

That is the costco price + lease incentive but still it's not bad as I was intending to buy it out. Very tempting. It would still be right around 37k out the door which makes it a slightly mixed bag for me. To buy now or to wait 3-4 months when they really want to get rid of their inventory.
