    RaceChip Chip Tuning introduction

There is quite the discussion here about the apparent fact that the speed IS limited to 140 (or so?) for those cars that came from the factory with 18" all-season tires. So, the question remains. Will you be able to modify the (known-to-be-governed-even-at-167MPH) top speed?

    fuel

My question is how far beyond 93 octane the system can optimally use. That Ford reference takes me to my old Fiesta ST which could see power gains over and above 93 Octane when using E30. I do wonder if the Stinger can do the same!

UVO app not getting updates from the car

It seems the app can't synch or save your parking location if you have Android Auto running. I assume Apple Carplay is the same way.

    USB stick preparations

I really don't want to re-rip all my CDs to FLAC, but something tells me I'm going to have to some day!

Primary Cat deletes and downpipes are now on the shop car!

Now, a muffler with a cutout... Just sayin'! Great work!

Quality additive every oil change has been a normal recommendation for years. I'll go out of my way to purchase Chevron Techron when I do choose to use it. I've not seen comparisons between products in a number of years, however.

    3.3 Stinger power development

The Ford Fiesta ST's performance is best on E20, interestingly. That's kind of where I'm going here. The car perks up when using 93 MON over the 89. I'm wondering if the ECU is able to increase performance to higher octane levels, above 93 MON.

    3.3 Stinger power development

I have a sort of request. If you have ready access to a dyno, it would be interesting to see power figures with 89 octane, 92/92 octane, and whatever higher octane you have access to. Thanks!

    LAP3 Uncle Chip review

I'm curious about your Comfort mode observations as I drive in that or Eco mode a lot when stuck in town or driving others around. Are you saying that things don't seem to be perked up as much or has it created a change that makes using those modes uncomfortable, whether it's the feel or how it...

    Intake Thread

K&N's have always come pre-oiled in my experience. I believe the "dusting" means atomized oil particles making their way through the intake piping and landing on the blades inside the turbo, creating issues.

Manual Shifting and Transmission Mode Behaviors

What do you mean by "rubber band effect"? Thanks.

    Another twin turbo ... WOW!

My bad, the Bullitt Mustang was a '68, but I don't think the 390 was available until '69. I'd rather have the '69. LOL But well done!

Manual Shifting and Transmission Mode Behaviors

I'm hoping to know a lot more about this with a temporary thaw around here. I know that the mode setting has a lot to do with it. Comfort, for instance, will get out of your manually-selected gear while Sport doesn't seem to. Also, even in Sport, the mode will revert to "D" when you come to a...

    I'd still take a '68 fastback with the 390...

I've not looked for where that SD card goes - has anyone found it?

How much horsepower will make you happy with the Kia Stinger?

400 to the wheels would make me smile. But it's more about the delivery and how it's tuned to throttle input to me. The difference taking off from a stop with this car when it's in Eco or Comfort vs. Sport is rather jarring. And some of us have to lug family around from time to time besides...
