Kia Stinger Hatch/Trunk Rattle TSB With New Parts

All this time I thought it was some delicate balance to keep things from rattling at the "stops" halfway up the side of the hatch. Interesting!

Kia Stinger Hatch/Trunk Rattle TSB With New Parts

Not visible to me. So, does this solution then have the bumpstops that are on either side of the latch extended to the point that the hatch itself isn't resting on the stops mid-way up the rails towards the hinged top? I'm of the impression the hatch should rest on both sets of stops without...

venting waste to atmosphere vs. return to intake

Look for some videos of the K&N Typhoon intake and other full-replacement intakes. The blowoff sound is fairly loud just by making that change.

I'm sorry, I'm not using the wireless charging model. I use a cable. Sorry if that confused anyone. There's not enough room right next to the screen with the larger display in my USDM GT2. I mounted it atop the dash, between the display screen and the beginning of the cowl over the gauges.

What's the widest one can go with wheels on the front of an AWD model GT?

Stillen Exhaust system for the Kia Stinger

Waiting for a side-by-side with stock, some quality pictures of the workmanship, and a dyno before and after.

I went with this one and am happy so far. I let the pad sit on the dash for 2 days (40 degree highs), parking it in the sun a couple of times for a few hours. I then assembled the rest. One or two days later it fell off the pad. LOL But then I mounted it again (apparently correctly this time)...

    Drop-in VS. Air intake System

And what I said in a roundabout way is that I don't believe much is to be gained with an intake, even with ECM tunes, until turbo upgrades are added (and the ECM then tuned, of course).

New to Kia Stinger but not performance!!!

    So, what're you driving? Welcome!

    Drop-in VS. Air intake System

By all current appearances, the power gains from the drop-in panel K&N filter replacements and the full K&N intake replacement are about the same. I expect this to be the same with those cars which have upgraded downpipes and exhaust, as well. If you want more "psh" sound, replace the intake. If...

SCCA Autocross class for GT2 RWD

Interesting to see the difference between the classing of the RWD and AWD, as well.

Love my Stinger GT2 but have concerns about the car when on twisty back mountin roads

I know Randy Pobst drove it for Motor Trend. I don't recall him saying anything like what I'm reading in the OP, though. May have to dig that back up again...

Best Reliable Power Increase and Keeping Your Warranty With It?

Kinda like another vehicle we both owned, eh? :)

Any view from front or rear to see how flush this setup was? Thanks!

Best Reliable Power Increase and Keeping Your Warranty With It?

Intake and exhaust work. Intake gains are minimal, though. A chip voids the warranty if they catch you.

    LSD in an AWD???

I guess I don't understand what you're saying. The instant any of the four wheels starts to slip, braking is applied to it.

    LSD in an AWD???

There is a maximum amount of power split that will be sent to the front - 40%? I don't know specifics, but it's not even 50/50.
