Just to add to this issue regarding the fader issue......we also have a 2019 Sorento with the "standard" audio system. We have the see the exact same issue in the Sorento. Had the SUV for about 7 months and it has happened at least 4 or 5 times.

Thanks for the welcome! Going to get it in about 2 hours. Very excited. That said, I am nervous about bumper being repainted. Mostly about color match cause I know plastic is hard to paint match. Also concerned being front of car if the dealer paint is strong enough to take small rock...
