That doesn’t sound like it would be related to the problems most of us have had with the rotors and pads. Has your dealer taken a look at it?

First, check your tire pressure. Bring it down to at least 36psi. You could also have something stuck between the pass and rotor like a small rock. If you can easily reproduce the grinding sound from your brakes, I suggest you take it to the dealer. And if your suspension still has problems...

I had a similar noise. Went away went I rotated the tires, but can back 10,000 miles later. So far, haven’t noticed it with my Falkens. Get an alignment if you haven’t yet and rotate the tires.

ECS strut or standard?

I’ve been using Valvoline synpower full synthetic and a WIX filter. Haven’t seen anyone that makes a performance filter yet.

Oh, it’s never a waste of money to keep a clay kit around. I recently used mine to remove all the iron deposits that somehow the iron remover didn’t get. Took a lot of work, but my paint looks the best it’s ever been.

Have you tried a compound remover? Pick up some Meguiars Ultimate compound if the clay bar can’t get it out
