Welcome aboard and congratulations. Main difference between the Stinger and the GTR is that the Stinger is a GDi and the GTR is port injected. GDi engine tend to run hotter than port injection engines.

Welcome aboard and congratulations! Great choice on the JB4, if you are going that route then you may as well get their pedal commander for a seamless integration. In the regards to the spark plugs, you need to replace them with either the Densos or the HKS M40iL, recommended gap is 0.22 to 0.24

It is normal especially if the car has been sitting for a long period. It takes some time for the oil to fully lubricate the heads on a cold start.
