Exactly. And the only reason I haven't snapped one up and brought it home is they won't let me; Kia won't allow out of state leasing.

I tried to get my brother to apply for one of the presenter jobs at the Austin location. It was only part time, but they were paying over 19 bucks an hour to drive Stingers around a few hours a week. Heck I would have applied if I lived down there...lol.

So it looks like the Stinger salons should be opening soon (updated original post with more info). I'm really intrigued by this idea. I think if I can purchase/lease this way, without going to the dealer, I'm all in.

Found another naughty NV area dealer; Henderson Kia has the GT1 at 52k and GT2 at 56k, both before rebate of $750.

Looking at the updated listing on cars.com (52 now!), might need to add Citrus Kia to the naughty list; they're asking $55425 for a GT2 AWD. That's another 3k markup.

Also looks like all GT2s are red, GT1s are black and base GTs are blue.

And to think, the dealer is an advertiser on here; I see an ad for them at the top of the page right now..lol

Lol...wow. Slow clap for this dealership. They told me it was there and available. He seemed pretty confident it would sell today. I'm guessing not, if they're asking 3k over msrp, unless someone just HAS to have it.

I got it to show cars in the LA area, and also the Oregon area. Which is funny because none of those are within 1000 miles of my zip.

Yea, no, that dealer with the discounted price is FOS. I contacted them and they said the price is inaccurate and will be corrected soon; they're actually pricing it ABOVE MSRP. Let the games begin. [facepalm]

So I see a few dealers are posting on Instagram saying they have Stingers. So far two from the LA area and one in Oregon. Christmas is coming early for some people. [like]
