If they removed the rear hatch lid "glass" and the noise went away.... Not sure how this could be a suspension noise. Unless you are thinking the extra weight of the hatch is required to reproduce the noise. This is an unusual case for sure, but you are going to have to return to the dealer...

Are you saying they drove the car with the rear hatch/trunk removed? The glass piece removed, and the noise was still present? If this is the case, it certainly is not related to the tightness of the harch/trunk .

That's actually a selectable option now. You can turn it on and off. Something about volume priority.

The media does scroll.... But ONLY IN PARK. Stupid. I know. But it works when parked. Can't comment on the rest at the moment

Tried multiple waypoints. V13.5 allows 2 waypoints + destination. There is no auto sorting of waypoints - but the sequence can be manually edited fairly easily. I do not know if this is different from previous versions.
