Mine was 100% bone stock, ran 13.8 @ 98 mph. Definitely not as sharp looking as the Stinger, but I got it brand new for $28k ($7k off sticker).

Has anyone been able to beat C&D's 3.3L bone stock 0-60 times of 4.4 sec (RWD) and 4.6 sec (AWD)?

Well, using them on the non driven wheels is a step in the right direction. Now they just have to add slope correction or else the driver has to find a perfectly level road.

In car timers are not GPS based and instead utilize info received from the car's computer. The problem with that is twofold: a vehicle's ECU (when compared to fast 10 hz GPS) have very slow refresh rates, along with using wheel rotational speed to make computations. That means sluggish computing...

I'm sure it's accurate if correctly calibrated, but it leaves too many varaibles for my liking. The Dragy seems worth the $$, but requires the use of a smart phone to function. My dream timer of choice is the $500 Performance Box. A self contained unit, independent of any other devices, 10 Hz...

Performance Accelerometers are tricky at best (calibration required, etc.). Personally, I'd only be satisfied with a 10 Hz GPS receiver. Take a 10 Hz GPS with you the next time you go to a drag strip and let us know what 0-60 times you get, should be interesting!

Good thing I got my car when I did. Right now there's only 1 new base Stinger GT available near my home (a ton of GT1's/GT2's), and that car has the Indigo Package and a few other options which puts it 4k more than my car!

Agreed. Honestly, I never heard of a dealer messing with a new car like that. People's tastes are so varied, it doesn't make sense to personalize any car. The "in" thing is highly subjective and can easily not be the "in" thing for most other people. Weird ...

What can we do to support/get the word out about this forum? Sadly, the other ".com" Stinger forum has too many members and mods that are juvenile morons. We should be getting double the traffic of that trash forum. What can we do?

A lower DA will only net you a few tenths and a couple of mph. The problem is you're only hitting 110 mph, about the same as a stock Stinger. People running mid 11's are running ~120 mph. It seems you're short ~100 hp. Maybe recheck/change out the tune?
