It started a long time ago when the car start shaking when I am not driving and the engine is on for couple of seconds and it backs to normal Idle RPM, and this is occurs once in while and it increases with time until now it happen in daily bases, the car start to shaking and sometimes the RPM start to be around 1200RPM without pressing the gas paddle and the most painful thing that now the engine sign start to flashing when this thing occurs for couple of minutes and for all of sudden everything goes back to normal and sometime require to stop the engine and turn it on again and comes back to normal. I got the JB4 installed and After market spark plugs gapped with the right measures and it happend before I install a new one and after I changed it so, It not spark plugs problem, I checked the throttle gate and its clean, I cleaned the MAF sensors because there is to of them. I checked the JB4 if I can get any codes when the check engine sign pops but It not showing any code

SO I do not know where to look at to solve this problem

I disconnected the JB4 fully and the problem is still there so It not a matter of JB4, some people say its the spark plugs gapping its not correct and it needs to be tight in precise way and specific torque but I do not think so

I installed Injen intake and I checked the hoses and all is good

It might be the Oxygen sensor Or the camshaft sensor Or the the MAF sensors! but I couldn't say where to start

I know its a matter of something related to air flow and sensors or something close to this things

any thoughts guys?

I highly suggest you get this ODBC2 tool (about $140) it is the fastest scan rate around and (bluetooth) "OBDLink MX+" and using their pkg "ScanTool / OBDwiz" to run on a (on a phone) or in this case Windows laptop (The Windows platform provides the strongest diag set and logs) with full diag scans WHILE you start and run your vehicle till the event happens, it will capture ALL events and you will see what is happening. I have seen issues from open shield on a sensor that was being subject to RFI from radio transmission to a defective wire harness. The best way is to ALWAYS log from start up but this will require you to set things up each time your about to start the car and run it with a laptop. You will find it by this method.
