Very nicely done. How much was the powercoating?
It was only $40 total.

Found an industrial powder coating place 5 minutes from my house. Quoted via email as $40 per tip. Which I thought was still reasonable (expecting to pay $160).

He normally doesn?t do retail/consumer one offs, but threw it on the line of a commercial equipment.

I was stoked that he only wanted to charge me 40 total.

I gave him a very generous tip.

Those look nice! Is it possible to remove them without dropping the exhaust?

Yes. Not sure which is easier / faster.

They aren?t physically connected to the exhaust. They bold to the black diffuse/rear facia.

Getting that off isn?t horrible, but you have to undo enough pop fasteners/screws/pressure clips to pull it out to remove the tips as the exhaust floats about an inch into them. Pulling the exhaust seemed like more work (weight/awkward position/etc).
