End model year sale.

hello, I'm new here and soon to be STINGER owner. I'd like to ask you guys opinion before heading down to the dealer.
Here what I got
2018 Stinger GT (no option)
White/ Red interior
MSRP=$39,300
Saving=-$3312
Rebate=-$5,500
Sale price=$30,488
Delivery fee=$799.95
Doc & Handling=$199.95
Sub Total=$31,487.90
Tax=1485.76
State fee=$60
tag Transfer=$100
Net Sale price=$33,112.53

Lease Term= 36 months
Monthly=$514.63
Total Buyout w/ full sale tax=$35,612

Other dealer has better Total Buyout price but 60 miles away.
Question:
1. Is this price good enough to pull the trigger now or wait for the new 2019?
2. Can the BUYOUT be done through the Internet, phone call or I have to go to the dealer?
3. Is the figure above rises any flags?
I've until this Friday to decide so please help me out. Thanks so much in advance guys.

How much would it cost you to go to the other location? Tell them to drop that fee to 150 or you have another car lined up somewhere else.

Thanks for the advice. I already asked them to low it down $700 then we have a deal. They have yet get back to me.
