Hey, I was hoping to get some help evaluating my lease offer on the base GT.

For 3k down and paying tax/title/dealer fees upfront, I was offered 423/month without safety package and 460/month with safety package. Also based on 12k miles/year. This is much better than the first quote I got, almost 100/month less. When I sat down with the sales manager, we were able to negotiate a price before incentives of 500+invoice. I think these are good prices, anyone else agree or disagree?

Also, is the driver assistance package worth an extra 40/month? The car I have currently doesn't have any sort of driver assistance, so I'm not sure what to think of it.

My $.02: Yes, that is a reasonable deal. Only YOU can decide if the $37 is worth it. If you get it and never use the safety features then you won't notice BUT if you don't get them and have a small fender bender you'll always be kicking yourself for not getting it. If you're going to get a nice new car, why not get the new tech that's available with it?

That sounds fairly close to what I was quoted today on a GT RWD Limited Yellow(MSRP $40,925). 12,000 miles, 36 months, 5k down, $402/month. This sound reasonable too?

Did that include tax / dealer fee/ Bank Fee / DMV?

I am trying to figure out how to calculate the tax in my payment.
Here in MD you have to pay tax on the entire car. 6%

So on your deal above, tell me if I am calculating this correctly

If the car is 42,925, the tax would be $2575.50 (71.54 month)
5K down (138.88 month)
$402 a month

Total: 612.42

What is the bank fee usually
What are DMV fees usually?

Here is the deal I am probably going to sign on Monday. It seems to be very good.

Tax/ Bank Fee/ DMV / Damage Waiver included
First month payment due at signing.
