A '15 Genesis has been on my mind for awhile. I think I may pull the trigger on one. Anybody ever own one? I've sat in one and it conforms to me very well. I'll be looking this weekend and next. And a Chevy SS. Goes to show there are many competitors in the sedan industry. And that my indecisive a** can't seem to pick one.

Cheers

At least test drive the Stinger first, they should be hitting the dealers soon.

I sold the daily (Mazda 6) so all I have is the G35... with winter at the cusp lol I'll try to be patient but as soon as the snow hits, going to have to pull the trigger whether the Stinger is out of not.

I like you have been looking at all kinds of "other" vehicles while we wait. The dealer I visit has decided to not charge the Demo Stinger battery, so test fitting is out. I am sure you have seen the stories of my trials on the forum ;). But I am researching all the competition and the bang for the buck is just a pure winner for the Stinger. I am hoping I can fit it a "delivered" model without a slick floor underneath it. :) Otherwise the wife may win with logic of buy cheap now and get the "dream" later.

But "research" as long as you can, and then it will be Dec. :)

Let me know how the SS works out, the dealer up here had slow salespeople so I have yet to sit in one of those, but at 18 MPG that is about where my R/T is at and that is too much gas for me every week.

My neighbor has the Hyundai Genesis 3.8 and he loves it. They plan on getting the G80 Sport when their lease expires.

I'd only be driving the SS and getting a feel, not buying [sad] I like all kinds of vehicles which will be the death of me (or my wallet) but I can't help to please my love for cars. From A4 Avant's, C6's, Jeep SRT8's, I really just can't decide lol the Genesis is curbing all of my interests and it has a lot of options around the $30k range. It really is tempting..

Glad to hear. The G80 is a good "replacement". Especially with the 3.3TT option

I'm pretty much in the same boat, except for me, it's the BMW M3 I'm also considering. I have a long history of knee-jerk decisions that only hurt me in the long run, so, I'm trying my BEST to be patient and wait to at least drive the Stinger before picking up an M3. But part of me wants to move on because I HATE waiting and being patient and because I can't stand my current vehicle and I'm ready to return it. And since I've been looking on cars.com and autotrader, I see M3 ads on EVERY site I go to, making it that much harder to resist temptation.
