I did not get the tech package. I didn't really see the value of an additional 2200 dollars for some of them. The Premium has the same display as the GT1, GT2. I wanted the larger cluster display. And it's great. Colors are bright and vibrant. Larger touch screen is nice too. I'm not a fan yet of android auto but I like the spotify app for it. It works really well. The USB port charges your phone better than other models USB ports. Faster.

As far as the 2.0, it really is quick. I turned into sport mode, flipped off traction control and slid sideways out of the dealership to a chorus of applause.


The dealership I dealt with does all the mods you can think of, including rebadging, Chipping, Wrapping, Custom seats and a lot more. They were absolutely amazing.

My stinger experience thus far has been great lol

@ firemedix yes, I think the 2.0 with premium and tech is the way to go -- unless you are a speed demon, which i'm not. 200+ horsepower is sufficient for city-highway. my 185 horsepower mazda 3 gt manual 6 is fine so way over 200 is even better.

Chip, Cool Air Intake, Catch Can, Spark Plug change out. Gear badge delete and replace with "Stinger" where the Kia emblem is. I was also considering a wrap of the car to a dodge purple with the trim pieces in black. I'm also planning on buying a good set of brakes.

All could be done by the dealer who actually, and surprisingly, has a customization department who does these mods and warranties them.
